- Which group should I run with?
On a Tuesday evening we normally have three groups running. To keep the numbers fairly evenly spread, and ensure you gain the most benefit, please use the following pace guidelines:
Group 1: 7:30 per mile pace (47 minutes for a 10K)
Group 2: 7:30 - 9:30 per mile pace (sub 60 minute 10K)
Group 3: over 9:30 per mile pace (Over 1 hour for a 10K)
Join us every Saturday morning at 9:00 at Boutham Park (LN6 7SS) for the weekly 5k Parkrun event, and join us for a coffee and cake in the bowling club afterwards. Click here for more details.
