Club Training Sessions


The club is now able to offer training on a Tuesday night (From NK Leisure Centre) and Thursday night (from top Tescos). All training will start at 7:30pm.


The following guidelines are in place for these runs:


  • A Maximum of 6 runners per group (5 runners + a run leader). The run co-ordinator will allocate groups on the night.
  • All runs must be booked through the run together website. (remember to register).
  • Runs are only open to current LDR members.
  • If you need to cancel please contact the club, or email Anna, so the place can be re-offered.
  • Please don't turn up for a run unless you have a place booked.
  • Aim to meet up in the near side of the carpark away from the sports complex.
  • Remember to social distance during the run.
  • Carry PPE (mask) in the event of an emergency.
