LINCOLN AND DISTRICT RUNNERS - TRAINING SCHEDULE 2009

Meet at 7.30 to socialise, greet new members, check on start of route and look at blue book. Run of approximately an hour to start at 7.40, this gives members held up by traffic time to arrive, new members to be made to feel at home, blue book to be scrutinised any club info to be given out.

 

If you wish to take a run let Steve or Martyn know and it will be arranged.
