We want to encourage runners and walkers of all abilities to join us and every club night you can join a group who will be doing a run to suit your ability – long run, short run, fast run, slow run. On club nights those runners at the front of the group are actively encouraged to run back for those at the tail to ensure that no-one is left behind. We aim to make your running experience ‘fun’ and improve your fitness to whatever level you aspire to.

Club Nights are every Tuesday and Thursday. Tuesday evening we start at the North Kesteven Sports Centre (LN6 9AX), except for the first Tueday of the month - please view the Training Schedule for further details. We start promptly at 7:30pm, so please aim to meet up for 7:20pm for any anouncements and to meet new members. We will meet outside the sports centre foyer (usually stand out being all dressed in running gear or fluorescent jackets).
Thursday nights we vary our start location across Lincoln and surrounding areas to add spice and hills to your training. Please see the Training Schedule for further details.
We generally have 2 - 3 running groups of differing paces and runs are between 5 - 7 miles. New participants are always most welcome...
New members: Please just come along and ask to speak to Ian or Ros and join us for a run. We offer one months free membership and hope that if you enjoy running with us you will join the club.
