Details of this years club championship are now on the website. This year it is the top 10 out of 16 races that count. There are also some new races on the Upcoming Races page that may be of interest.

The new training schedule is now online up to the end of May 2012. If anyone else fancies hosting a run then please let Ros or Martin know at one of the club nights. Neil has kindly offered to do some interval training sessions on some of the nights which are good speed training sessions for improving your 10K times in time for the Lincoln 10K on the 25th March.

Well done to everyone who did the cross country championships on the 8th January at lovely Louth. Lincoln and District Runners achieved success in the following categories:

• Silver - Senior Women (Hannah Nielson, Sally Cox and Ros Treadwell.

• Silver - Senior Men (Neil Chapman, Karou Shimada and Chris Sutton).

• Gold - Veteran Men (Jon Hobs, Mark Anderson and Ian Coney).

Also well done to everyone else who took part in this race and the cross country series through the winter.
