Marathon - Any drinking session involving Lincoln and District runners.
Fartleg - Messy condition of leg during race (Think Paula)
Interval Training - This involves the visiting of male/female urinals during sessions (see above). Must only involve fittest members as at end of session recovery periods get a lot shorter.
Hill Work - This involves walking up Steep Hill to find next hostelry or when holding A.G.M and we have to use stairs to meeting room. For serious drinkers only.
Energy drink - Guinness
Energy bar - Any bar dipped in Guinness
Off road - Highly risky event usually carried out after session, competitors have been known to wake up in Hedges/Thorn Bushes seriously scratched
Dehydration - Lack of Alcohol
Hydration - A pint of Guinness
Recovery - A good nights sleep
Cross Country - The shortest point between two pubs
P.B. - Most pints consumed before passing out or in one case falling of there bike
Bleep Test - Reaching bar before last orders is called.

Warm up - Bacardi and Coke
Warm down - A double of the above.
Hitting the wall - This is due to a late night misjudgment caused by one or two to many, when the runner/drinker lose control of his body. Outcome being said runner mistakes wall for exit door (ouch !!! )
